Service Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment we require a 48 hours notice in advance.

Anyone 18 years of age and under is required to have an adult accompany them.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

Please note that NOT all appointment times are available as requested!
You are putting in a REQUEST when booking online. Your initial appointment REQUEST will be confirmed with the times that we have available. We are NOT responsible for making sure what time your appointment is. Check your e-mails (sometimes spam)and texts. Also, always confirm your appointments, if you do not confirm we will assume you are not coming.

Saturday Appointment Policy only!

Due to high demand, our Saturday appointments require special booking terms. Please review the following policy before scheduling:
    1.    Card on File: A valid credit card is required to book all Saturday appointments.
    2.    Prepayment on Thursday: For appointments booked for Saturday, the card on file will be charged the full service amount on Thursday (48 hours prior) to secure the reservation.
    3.    Non-Refundable Payment: Payments made for Saturday appointments are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, rescheduling, or emergencies.
    4.    Same-Week Bookings: If you book a Saturday appointment on Thursday or Friday, the card on file will be charged the full amount at the time of booking. This payment is also non-refundable.
    5.    Declined Payments: If the card on file is declined for any reason, the appointment will be automatically canceled.

By booking a Saturday appointment, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide exceptional service to all our valued clients.

If our website shows that we do not have available times or appointments online please give us a call or email to check for availability.

We are a small family run business and we cannot afford last minute cancelations or no shows, our business depends on our clients, one no-show or last minute cancelation could possibly make us have to turn down a client who would like to get pampered as well. As a courtesy to our therapists we require a 48 hour notice in ADVANCE for any cancelations.  If you are unable to provide us with 48 hours notice, you WILL be charged for the full amount of the booked service, this will also include ALL emergencies and no shows. You MUST call us at 417-348-1030 to cancel, if we do not answer you may leave a voicemail with your cancelation request.   No shows and same day cancelations will be charged 100% non refundable deposit in order to book your next reservation.
Arriving late - Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate other clients whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session, however we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time! We verify all cards on file to ensure that they are valid, to do this we charge your debit/credit card for a $1 and refund it right away.
